1.Welcome
Thank you for choosing the Login Studio plugin. With this plugin, you can manage all your login-related headaches. Whether you would like to give your login page a brand new look, add security layers with 2FA, add social login options, or change your default login page URL, many more features are included.
2.Plugin Installation
After successfully purchasing the plugin, you will receive an email with your plugin file. After downloading the product, please follow the installation steps.
- Navigate to your dashboard and go to Plugins > Add New Plugin
- Click on Upload Plugin
- Select the zip file you recently downloaded
- Click on Install Now
- Click on Activate Plugin
After activating the plugin, you will new menu on your WordPress admin dashboard “WP Login Studio” you can customize plugin’s settings by clicking on this menu.
3.General Settings
Change Default WordPress Login URL
To change your default login URL, follow these steps:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Now click on the General tab, which is on the plugin menu.
- Now activate the button which is under Safeguard & Redirect Login URL
- Now add your desired login slug in the available input field.
- Click on Save Changes
Congrats, you have successfully changed your login page URL.
4.Authentication Settings
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
To enable two-factor authentication
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Authentication
- Under Two-Factor Authentication enable it.
- Scan the generated QR code with your authenticator app.
- Now you have activated 2FA for your website.
Email OTP Authentication
To enable email OTP authentication
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Authentication
- Scroll down to Email OTP Authentication
- Click and activate Enable Email OTP
- Now, when you log in to your website, you will receive your OTP at your email address.
Passwordless Authentication & Magic Link
This feature helps you log in without using your login password, which is a modern way to log in to a website. You have the option either to use a magic link or just an OTP instead of your password. You will receive a login link to your email address.
To Enable Magic Link:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Authentication
- Scroll down to Passwordless Authentication & Magic Link
- Now click and enable the button Enable Magic Link
- Now this feature is activated and working on your website
To enable OTP and disable password:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Authentication
- Scroll down to Passwordless Authentication & Magic Link
- Now click and enable the button Enable OTP Authentication
- This will enable OTP authentication and disable the traditional password field.
Google reCAPTCHA
You can add Google reCAPTCHA to your login page to improve login security.
To use this feature:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Authentication
- Scroll down to Google reCAPTCHA
- Click and enable the button Enable reCAPTCHA
- After clicking the button, you will see two input fields to configure it.
- Now go to: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create
- From the above link you can create site key & secret key.
- Once you have created it, enter it into the input field in the plugin settings.
- Now you have activated Google reCAPTCHA on your login page.
5.Redirections
This feature helps you to redirect users based on their roles to a specific page on login and on logout.
To use this feature:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Redirections
- Now click and enable the button Enable Redirect
- Click Redirection Options to toggle its available options.
- Now, here you can select the role that you want to redirect.
- There are two input fields Login URL & Logout URL
- If you want to redirect to a specific page while the user logs in, add the URL to the Login URL field.
- If you want to redirect to a specific page while the user logs out, add the URL to the Logout URL field.
- You can add more rules by clicking on the Add New button.
6.Guest Links
Whenever you want to give access to your dashboard to anyone, you can do it using guest links.
To use this feature:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Guest Links
- Now, here you can add an email address of the guest, set the link expiry time, and select a role for the guest, and define how many times that link can be clicked.
- Once you set it up, the plugin will send an email to the email address that you added.
- You can also trace the link behaviours, like from which IP it was accessed, how many times it was accessed, and you can copy or delete the link.
7.Templates
From the template settings, you can choose how your login page looks and feels. The templates are highly customizable; you can change texts, fonts, colors, images, etc.
To use login templates:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Templates
- There you can see available templates, click on the Apply button to use the template.
- To edit and change the template, click on the Edit button.
- Each template has its own settings, which you can easily change.
- Whenever you make any changes to the template, click on the Save Changes button in the top right corner.
You can also change the site logo and its default link from the template settings.
8.Geo-Restrictions
You can control your website login page by allowing access to it from certain locations or blocking some specific locations in geo-restrictions settings.
To use this feature:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Geo-Restrictions
- Select Whitelist from the dropdown option if you want to allow selected locations only. Add country codes to the input field that you would like to allow login.
- Select Blacklist if you would like to block certain locations, and add country codes to the input field. This blocks your login page to the locations you add.
- To disable this feature, just change the option in the dropdown to Disabled

9.Logs
Here, the plugin will store all logs generated, which you can monitor. You also have the option to clear the logs.
To view logs:
- Click on WP Login Studio from your dashboard.
- Click on Logs
Her plugin stores all successful and failed login attempts with time and IP address.
