Update and Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the themes/plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress (http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). We can ensure but not guaranteed, that themes/plugin will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers.
Refund Policy
We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. Therefore, you can contact us if you come across an issue that cannot be resolved or feel that our product isn’t working as expected. We guarantee you to fix the issue. If we can’t fix the issue we will surely refund you.

- No refunds will be processed if you request features which is not advertised by us.
- No refunds will be processed after 14 days post purchase. If you are not happy, apply for a refund within 14 days after purchase.
- We reserve the rights to reject a refund request if deemed necessary.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of CWW. So it is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of subscription and other actions as defined by copyright law.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third-party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work.
We cannot guarantee that themes will function with all 3rd party components, plug-ins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes.

Technical Support is provided on our Support Forums. This is the quickest and most efficient way for our members to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes.
Updates
Our themes or plugins are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, ensure that you will use the most current version of our themes.
Premium theme updates are available only to active members whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.

CWW reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of the theme without prior notice.
