Xews Lite

To install the theme please follow the following steps:

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload Theme and Choose File, then select the theme’s .zip file. Click Install Now. OR  search for “Xews Lite” and click Install.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.

After you have successfully installed & activated the theme you will get a welcome message from the theme, to get started you will have to click the “Let’s Get Started” button as in the image below.

Once you click that button “CWW Companion” plugin will be installed. This plugin is useful for setting up the theme perfectly.

First let’s configure your menus.

To configure menus go to Appearance >> Menus

Add your desired menu items check on “Primary”  and save your menus. Once you complete this steps your menus will be saved and will be displayed on theme header.

Now for additional header options, you need to go to Appearance >> Customize 

and click on Header Settings

Here you can see all the settings related to the theme header.  You can play with settings and get your perfect result.

To Configure the homepage we assume that you have installed & activated the “CWW Companion” plugin and “Elementor“. You can install all recommended plugins from Appearance >> Xews Lite Info

After installing all the recommended plugins, go to Pages >> Add New Page

Add the name of the page and select the “Elementor Full Width” template as shown on the image. And then Click the “Edit with Elementor” button on the top of the page.

On the Elementor editor window, you will see  3 custom elements for our theme, you can now add those elements and configure your homepage as per your need.

The theme comes with a demo import feature which is useful usually for new setups. Once you import the demo you can easily start replacing it with your real content.

To import the demo go to the dashboard and click on Appearance >> Import Demos

You will see all the lists of available demos there, now once you click on “Import demo” on the next screen you will be asked to install recommended plugins for that demo, and on the next step the demo import process will start.

Once the import process is completed successfully you can see your website homepage. To edit the homepage with your original content just click on “Edit with Elementor”
